Ealry 1860s. It shows a handsome soldier seated on a carved wooden chair next to an ornately decorated wooden table. He wears his uniform. The top of a leather holster or cartridge box is visible aboev his left arm. His slouch hat and several books rest atop the table. The cdv is in excellent estate condition, with some minor foxing in the top portion and a pin hole at top center. It measurse approximately 4 x 2-3/8. The back is stamped as follows photographed by whiatker & co, no. 814 chestnut street, philadelphia. Creatde by ebay blackthorne ver. 3.0.182.0.
