6Th Corps Badge Pennsylvania Cdv

This is a nice view of a pennsylvania veteran proudly showing his 6th corps badge and hat brass. One can easily see the badge and pvv for veteran volunteers. Under magnification i can make out the number 9 but can not make out the second number. My gut says he is either 93rd pennsylvania or 98th pennsylvania. The acrd was heavily trimmed on the edges and glued into an album at one time, but you can easily make out the backmark addressed to the northern liberties section of philadelphia.
